Nature Friends

Just found this gorgeous little idea to try with Molly at the weekend – and all we need is some paper, glue, and a pen or pencil to turn leaves from the garden into really cute little creatures. If there a few autumnal ones still lying around all the better. To preserve just press them between books.

Maple leaves would be good for butterfly wings, the round shape of a rose leaf would be perfect for turtles or ladybirds, small pointy birch leaves for bird wings and something wild looking like a geranium leaf for the sassy hair on the person.
