The fairies have moved in
Bringing a little more magic into our day ★:*¨¨*:☆~
M came downstairs this morning to discover that a little fairy door had appeared during the night, in a quiet little corner in the hall. On the floor in front of the door was a tiny sprinkling of fairy dust (evidence of the fairy’s comings and goings) and a little rolled up note for her. She stayed glued to the spot for over an hour, waiting for Tinkerbell to flitter through I think, but I explained fairies are extremely shy and prefer to go about their fairy magic at night time….continue reading
We are going to try and entice the fairy (called Willow) out by leaving notes and little bits of treasure on her doorstep. I had to cut the tiniest square of paper for Molly’s ‘love note’ before bed, we then rolled it up and tied a little piece of thread in a bow. In it she asked Willow to use her fairy dust to ‘magic my house pink’ :)
Molly reckons Willow’s family has moved in up the street near The Highway - ‘the light fairies have turned on their wings so that people can find their way home in the dark‘…bless!

I got the little fairy door kit from TaDaaStudio for $20 plus $9 shipping – it just needs three coats of acrylic paint and a dab of glue for the door handle (which has a diamond on it by the way!) and ta daa…
