Tired of being woken up early ?

sleep trainer for early risersYes Yes Yes!! I want a lie in!!
Molly used to think it was totally acceptable to start the day at 6 or 6.30am, and whereas she could catch up during the day mum and dad couldn’t. Enter the Gro-Clock Sleep Trainer – the best gadget I ever bought. As a direct result of this clock Molly now greets us most mornings at the more civilised 7.30am announcing ‘mommy the sun is on the clock’ from down the hall. If she wakes a few minutes early she will stay in bed and not call us until ‘the sun is on the clock’. Sorted:)

Gro-Clock Sleep TrainerHow does it work? How do you get your tigers to understand when it’s time to get up? SIMPLE – just reinforce the message ‘if you want a day of fun stay in bed until you see the sun‘ each night at bedtime and let the clock do the rest – it doesn’t take long to sink in. The Gro-Clock uses the simple graphics of stars and the sun to train them when to go back to sleep and when it’s time to get up and terrorise their parents. Older children can start to learn digital time, as well as look for the arrival of the sun! It’s really easy to set the time you want the sun to display on the clock (and keep moving it on 5 mins!!).
